The Aboriginal Council of Winnipeg will be hosting a "Gang Prevention Strategy Workshop". There will be presentations from Winnipeg Police Service, RCMP and Regina Anti-Gang Strategy. There will also be stories told by ex-gang members and an open discussion period will be held.
The Aboriginal Council of Winnipeg is a community based, membership driven, Aboriginal organization which serves as a political and advocacy voice that represents the interest of the Aboriginal community of Winnipeg.
